Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LABIRA, we value our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are accepted.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • With original tags, packaging, and invoice.
  • Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged will not be eligible.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Discounted or sale items.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Intimate or personal wear (e.g., innerwear, sanitary products).
  • Damaged products caused by customer misuse.

3. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, contact us at shop@labira.in with your order ID and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will share the return instructions.
  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you about the approval/rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7–10 business days.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return/refund after delivery (as per our 7-day policy).

5. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, mail it to: shop@labira.in
  • Customers must bear the shipping cost for returns, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • In case of damaged/incorrect products, LABIRA will cover the return shipping charges.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet:
    1. Check your bank account/credit card again.
    2. Contact your bank or card provider (some refunds take extra processing time).
    3. If still not received, contact us at shop@labira.in.

7. Exchanges

To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at shop@labira.in.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
