Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free standard delivery on all orders above ₹999. For orders below the minimum, a small shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Express delivery options are also available at checkout for faster service.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your items are shipped, you’ll get a tracking number to follow your package in real time. We’ll also keep you updated at each step of the process.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, an invoice will be emailed to you automatically after you place your order. You can also download your invoice anytime from your account under ‘My Orders’.
When is the order payment taken from bank account?
Payment is processed immediately when you place your order. If your payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
